Established in 1998, Innovative
Mechanical Systems, Inc. has emerged as one of the premier mechanical
contracting firms along the Colorado Front Range with sales exceeding the $16
million mark this year. We offer
complete in-house engineering and design services, along with a preconstruction
department that will help establish and keep the owners mechanical budgets in
line.
Darrell Kauffman and Dave DuVal
are the founders and owners of the company, and bring over 50 years of combined
experience to our projects. Dorian Ross
heads up the engineering department, and brings over 20 years of design
experience to the table. He is currently
licensed in 36 states, in addition to being a licensed master plumber. His
experience working in the field gives him great insight in knowing what systems
will work best in various applications.
Our company philosophy has always
been to deliver a turnkey project from the initial design and budgeting
concept, through the design process, installation, and complete maintenance
after the fact. We have a full service
department, which will typically install our controls, including state of the
art DDC systems, commissioning of all of our systems, and provide maintenance
of your equipment after completion. The
test and balancing of our systems is done by independent balancing contractors,
this is to ensure that we have another eye looking at our design and
installation.
We have established an impressive
clientele. We feel that our competence and honesty in
dealing with these contractors and their customers is the reason that they call
us over and over again to help them out, particularly on difficult
projects. We have never failed to meet a
schedule that we committed to, including some that we were told could not be
done.
